HF Antennas for RFID
GlueLogix is productizing a custom HF antenna created for
conveyor control. The eventual panels will come in several sizes,
and be useful for smart shelving as well as conveyors and control
points.
These pictures show the prototypes currently deployed. The panels
are 18x18 inch and have indication LEDs mounted on their top
edges. The aluminum panel prevents unwanted reads behind the
antenna.
Status 11Feb2008
- Initial units deployed on a 24 inch
conveyor in a Distribution Center.
